- Organisation/workspace name
Content You Upload
- Video files you upload for processing
- AI-generated clips, captions, and exports created from your content
- Metadata associated with your projects
Payment Information
- Subscription tier and billing history
- Payment method details are handled entirely by Paddle or Razorpay — we never store card numbers or bank details
Usage Data
- Pages visited and features used
- Credits consumed and transaction history
- Device type, browser, and IP address
- Error logs and performance data
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, clip ready notifications, account alerts)
- To send product updates and feature announcements (you may opt out at any time)

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Clerk (clerk.com) — authentication and user management
- Paddle (paddle.com) — international payment processing. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. Paddle's privacy policy applies to data shared with them.
- Razorpay (razorpay.com) — payment processing for Indian transactions
- Amazon Web Services / Cloudflare R2 — secure cloud storage for your video files and exports
- Render (render.com) — cloud infrastructure hosting
- AssemblyAI — AI transcription and speech recognition for caption generation
- Legal authorities — when required by law or court order
5. AI Processing & Model Training
How we use AI: Atomiser uses third-party AI services to provide features like speech-to-text transcription, AI clipping, and thumbnail generation. These services process your content only to deliver the requested functionality.
- OpenAI — AI-powered text generation for repurposing content
- AssemblyAI — Speech recognition and transcription
- ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech voice generation
Your content is NOT used for training: We do not use your uploaded videos, audio, or any generated content to train AI models. Your content is processed in real-time and is not retained by our AI providers for model improvement purposes.
No customisation of models: We use commercially licensed AI models without modification. We do not fine-tune or customise these models on user data.
6. Data Retention
- Free tier projects expire after 48 hours and are permanently deleted
- Starter tier projects expire after 90 days
- Pro and Business tier projects are retained indefinitely while your subscription is active
- After account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
- Payment and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian accounting law
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — update inaccurate information in your account settings
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
